Article 1 - Definitions

1.1 The following definitions are used in these General Terms and Conditions:
a) Customer : the natural or legal person who places an order via the webshop of NailsonNails VOF
b) Product : the press on softgel false nail sets offered by NailsonNails VOF in various sizes, including custom made nail sets.
c) Custom-made products : nail sets that are specially manufactured in consultation with the customer.

Article 2 - Applicability

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of NailsonNails VOF via the webshop.
2.2 By visiting our website and/or purchasing products, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Customers must be at least 18 years old to make purchases via the webshop. If the customer is younger than 18 years old, he/she declares to have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Article 3 - Orders and Account Information

3.1 Customers can order nail sets in sizes XS, S, M and L via the webshop. Custom-made nail sets can be produced in consultation with the customer.
3.2 There is no minimum quantity of products required per order.
3.3 The customer must always provide correct, complete and up-to-date order and account information for the processing of orders.

Article 4 - Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices stated in the webshop include VAT.
4.2 The customer can pay via the available payment methods, including pay afterwards via Klarna. Klarna's terms and conditions apply to this payment option.
4.3 Shipping costs will be charged to the customer and are visible during the checkout process.
4.4 NailsonNails VOF reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 NailsonNails VOF strives to deliver the order within 2-5 working days.
5.2 During public holidays, delivery may be delayed by up to 2 working days.
5.3 The products are shipped via DHL or PostNL. NailsonNails VOF is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery services.
5.4 In case of damage during transport, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt via info @nailsonnails.nl . NailsonNails VOF will seek a suitable solution in consultation with the customer.

Article 6 - Returns Policy and Cancellations

6.1 Since the products are manufactured to order and according to the customer's specifications, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Article 230p paragraph f of the Civil Code.
6.2 NailsonNails VOF does not accept returns to guarantee that the customer always receives new, unworn nail sets. This prevents second-hand products from being offered to customers again.
6.3 Cancellations are possible as long as the production of the order has not yet started. Please contact us directly via info @nailsonnails.nl .

Article 7 - Liability

7.1 NailsonNails VOF is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
7.2 In the event of damage during transport, NailsonNails VOF will seek a suitable solution in consultation with the customer, provided that the customer reports the damage in a timely manner.

Article 8 - Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

8.1 NailsonNails VOF reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2 It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check this page for changes.
8.3 Continued use of the Website following changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Article 9 - Disputes and Applicable Law

9.1 All legal relationships in which NailsonNails VOF is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this proves impossible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
